Stalking usually means fear of phsyical/psychological harm. Attacks, kidnappings, forceable rape, etc.

And I don't know. In the lower 48, I think 16 is age of consent in 33 or 34 states.

Yeah. And if it's on a messenger/email, they can block the person.
And don't give out personal info..phone number, high school, city, etc.

But if the person DOES somehow 'hack' them and continue contacting them,
they should get ahold of their parents and possibly the po-leece.

Though, they might hear the same thing. I have a friend who was being blackmailed with vids
made of her when she was underage, and she called the cops, and they told her to block him.

But I think telling him she called the cops scared him off, cause
he's left her alone since then.
