i feel like that when i eat really spicy indian food, and i do that at least 2-3 times a month...so stop complaining!

Meh, it's only water weight. Just exercise a bit more and it goes away.

I would suggest slicing off one of your toes...the brain will totally forget about the lessor pain of the cramps...but then again...I don't know what you'd do after 10 months..and no more toes

tylenol menstrual works best. no cramps or anything after i take that baby. i dont even realize i'm on my period.

70lbs from the depo? how long of a span was that?
i just recently went on it. now im freaked out. i heard an extra 5lbs a year.

\its diff for everyone. i got it BAD. eventually my dr made a chart of my injections and my weight gain and just said "we cant keep doing this to you"
ohmy. i find it seems like im always hungry now. i used to eat once-two times a day. now im eating like four times. is that how it starts out?

i'd love to stay on it. because i forget to take pills. but the weight part really scares me. and i just recently had a baby, so im good for a while on that part. haha.

i've only gotten 3 cramps in my whole life.
my right leg. kind of weird
