No. Incline bench.

The uses of the decline bench is actually hotly debated topic. Some swear by it for the lower pectorals, others think its useless.

Personally, for the more advanced user: Cable Crossovers > ALL

They will give you incredible chest definition.

don't know as i think it's terribly advanced, but it's prolly ur best bet.

also, remember not to move too fast (it's not a race) and to pause for a second or two at the top of the motion.

muscles contract as a whole, you cant really target just one part of a muscle... just like you cant spot reduce fat.

The "easiet" ways to targer the inner and lower part of your chest....

Incline targets a lot more of the upper part of your chest. If you're tryin to make that "shelf" and covers up your collar bones.

To hit the inner and lower parts of your chest,
DB bench press will targer more of the inner part due to the motion of the movement
Cable cross overs mid, and high to low NOT low to high, will targer the inner portions of your chest
along with Dips. Hop up on that rack that people use to do knee raises, and do dips on that.
also a wide gripped decline will help you out with the lower chest as well.

that's just what works for me tho...may not do the same magic for you

That "rack" is called a Roman chair.

But yeah, you can do dips anywhere, not just on that.

That's hyperextensions.

A roman chair is the one where you can do leg raises for your abs, aswell as dips on the front support bars.
