i think it all depends exactly how close to the center it is.

if its far enough to the side there shouldny be any major stretching

frankly i dont have to explain shit. you know why they call it a tramp stamp, its the same why barb wire/tribal/polynesian armbands and japanese/chinese kanji are synonymous with douchebaggery (unless your are in fact from some form of Tribe or are polynesian)
