final point before i go to bed: if benitez buys barry for next season, they guy is a massive bellend. the same player can be bought for 5 million. no need to do an abramovich.

Yes it does, because it will collapse, dont you understand that?

They wont be constantly shoving money into the system. And within 5 years it will be OVER. Not now, but within 5 years.

you invest at the beginning, build up momentum and then spend less. that's exactly what has happened. less spending, top of the prem, in the CL final.

5 year business plan finished.

i don't understand reading's philosophy on not signing players when they have the cash.

i think we're pretty much looking at the bottom of the table as it will stay.

fulham on paper are too good to go down but their exploits during the season have been dire. it's just aswell mcbride got back fit for the latter part of the season.

Bolton 36 (-18 GD)
Fulham 33 (-23)
Reading 33 (-29)
Birmingham 32 (-19)
Derby 11

Bolton away to Chelsea
Fulham away to Portsmouth
Reading away to Derby
Birmingham home to Blackburn

Fulham will have a hard time winning against Portsmouth
but I think Reading will have a hard time at Derby, since this will be their last home match in the premiership, they will want to leave showing they were a little better than their 11 points on the season.

and i really dont see birmingham beating blackburn

portsmouth will let fulham walk all over them like they did with middlesbrough today. all they care about is the FA cup final. there is nothing else to play for.

Watching a Liverpool game that doesnt count for shit.

i've been surprised how bad they've been.
the whole west has been average at their very best.
i'm liking the way my fire are shaping up this season.
our defense has been solid as a rock and we just added that paraguayan marmol who is spose to be quality.

i'll be surprised if the MLS champion comes out of the west at this point.
